The World’s 50 Best Restaurants公布2023年全球第1-50位餐廳排名。利馬的Central被評為2023年The World's Best Restaurant暨2023年The Best Restaurant in South America。緊隨Central之后的是巴塞羅那的Disfrutar（No.2）和馬德里的Diverxo（No.3）。2023年榜單包括來自五大洲24個地區(qū)的餐廳，其中12家為首次亮相。亞洲有七家餐廳上榜，包括被評為The Best Restaurant in Asia的新加坡Odette（No.14），以及新入榜的曼谷 Le Du（No.15）和Gaggan Anand（No.17），還有東京的Sézanne（No.37）。（全球旅報）
