On Oct 27, the state council special patrol team of safe production, led by Yanyan Guo, the former leader of the discipline inspection team stationed in Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, came to DSIC to inspect safe production of the key products. The team was accompanied by Ruini An, the director of Safety Commission Office of Liaoning Province; Yan Liu, vice mayor of Dalian City; and the DSIC top management, including Fengping Yu, Shi Xiao, Lianchang Deng, etc.
Fengping Yu briefly reported the basic situation and the management of safe production of DSIC. Guo led the team to the production site for inspection and highly appreciated the DSIC’s safe production. He stressed that, by means of this patrol, DSIC should fully realize the importance of doing well safe production, deeply implement the responsibility system for safe production, improve the safety supervision system, further strengthen the “one-position-and-double-duty”, define the safety supervision responsibility of in-charge leaders at different levels, solidly carry out all the work, deeply implement all the measures, constantly enhance the main responsibility to ensure the safe development of the enterprise.
