According to the national development strategy of deep military-and-civil integration and requirements of supply-side structural reform promotion, based on the overall strategic layout of CSIC, to strengthen arrangement of resources and capability, give a full play of respective advantages of DSIC and SHGSIC, promote adjustment and upgrade of the enterprise’s industrial structure, and form a composite force of development, it is resolved over studies of CSIC leading party group that the two units of DSIC and SHGSIC be integrated, where SHGSIC shall become a wholly-owned subsidiary under DSIC. CSIC held a meeting at SHGSIC on June20, presided by DSIC Chairman and Party Secretary Liu Zheng and presented by CSIC GM Paul Sun Bo, DGM Chen Minjun, Organization & Personnel Department Head Wang Zhiguang, and leading members from DSIC and SHGSIC.

Mr. Wang Zhiguang announced the CSIC’s resolution to adjustment of SHGSIC leading team: DSIC GM Yu Fengping shall hold a concurrent post of SHGSIC’s Chairman while SHGSIC GM Wang Changzhou shall no longer hold the same, but act as DSIC’s director and member of CPC Committee concurrently; SHGSIC’s Party Secretary Yao Hongshan shall act as DSIC’s director and member of CPC Committee concurrently; and DSIC GM Assistant and Offshore Structure Co., Ltd. GM Yao Yongke shall act as SHGSIC DGM concurrently.
