On August 10, DSIC Shipping Co. has officially signed the blanket insurance cooperation agreement with China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE) Liaoning Branch, based on which, SINOSURE Liaoning Branch shall furnish our Shipping Co. with the insurance support and financing facility in the ship repair and conversion, and offshore engineering module construction and export, etc. SINOSURE Liaoning Branch GM Liu Yanxiang and DSIC Shipping Co. GM Sun Delin have signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties, where DSIC leaders Liu Zheng and Yin Xuelin have attended the signing ceremony.
Since the global financial crisis, as the sole domestic policy-type export credit insurance agency in China, SINOSURE has furnished with positive support in the export financing for complete sets of large equipment, such as ships. As Liaoning is one of the major export provinces in China, SINOSURE Liaoning Branch has always devoted itself to promoting the development of Liaoning Ship Industry and supporting the export from Liaoning ship enterprises, which not only boosts the confidence and ordering capability of export enterprises, but also plays an important role in stabilizing the foreign trade, promoting the growth and ensuring the employment.
SINOSURE Liaoning Branch has had cooperation with DSIC for years, early in 2010, both parties signed the overall strategic cooperation agreement.
