On Dec.11, 2016, the press conference for the 4th session of China Industrial Award was held in the Great Hall of the People, co-organized by China Federation of Industrial Economics and other units, where the project of aircraft carrier assumed by DSIC received the China Industrial Award in this session and Deputy GM An Yumin accepted the award on the podium on behalf of DSIC.
The project of aircraft carrier represents the overall level of industrial equipment, and reflects industrial technical level and overall fighting capacity of troop for a country. Aircraft carrier construction is a huge systematic project, where DSIC has promoted innovation, been bold in practice, made it better, and strived tenaciously in terms of management system, team establishment, production conditions, project management, building organizations, systematic commissioning and technology and workmanship, so as to ensure our first aircraft carrier to successfully join the combat fleet in advance.
In the construction of aircraft carrier, the China Aircraft Carrier Spirit of “Patriotism, Innovation, Science, Strive and Collaborate” has been extracted and sublimed, which has become the latest interpretation of DSIC people’s feelings upon military industry. The laurel awarded by the project of aircraft carrier has fully manifested DSIC’s outstanding performances in the crucial sectors of industrial development. The awarded representatives of China Industrial Awards have shared the practical experiences and typical methods of the benchmarking enterprises, and positively discussed powerful measures on how to promote common growth of regions, industries and enterprises and drive the construction of manufacturing power at the conference.
