On Sept.3, China commemorated the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II and the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression with a solemn military parade, where DSIC Chairman and Party Secretary Liu Zheng was invited to attend the commemorative activities and parade review in person. Since “9.3” grand parade has attracted the worldwide attention, it’s not only a lifelong laurel for Comrade Liu himself to attend such a grand ceremony on behalf of DSIC, but also a great honor for DSIC.
